We price each engagement as a flat fee, based on the size and complexity of your firm:

Solo Firm

1 Attorney and minimal staff

$3,000 – $5,000

Small Firm

2-7 team members and attorneys

$6,000 – $10,000

Mid-Size

8-15 team members and attorneys

$11,000 – $15,000

Fractional Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) services are exactly what you need. We can identify the gaps in your efficiencies, develop a solution and coach for behavior changes to ensure long term success. A law firm should be run like a well crewed ship and we are here to ensure that your firm is charted for the course of success.

Starting at $175/ hour, a minimum of 5 hours required.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Charted Consulting LLC will not issue any refunds whatsoever. If services are terminated by Charted Consulting LLC prior to the beginning of the Services then Charted Consulting LLC shall refund Firm in its entirety. CLIENT may cancel services at any time with no further payment being due, however , all funds paid shall be retained by Company and non refundable, whatsoever.
